Just ordered two copies. Why isn't the Pound at parity with the AUD? I would've ordered eight otherwise...possibly just to cheat others out of a copy. Order #1337.
One point - Royal Mail signed-for parcels for delivery is all very nice, but a gigantic faff when folk are at work and the sorting office is a town away on a strange abandoned industrial estate that half-starved titanium-teethed security Alsatians roam and the only window I've got to pick it up is a Saturday morning before 12am.
It is the cheapest delivery option there and the others look like they're signed for too but I kinda resent paying for something when a cheaper option would be easier and far less hassle. I'm really sorry to whinge and I hate doing so as I'm looking forward to this, but could the delivery method on orders perhaps be adjusted still? If not then fair enough, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
If I've been thick and missed a cheaper non-signed for option, then I apologise too, but I did look and couldn't see it.
thank god i got my order in an hour ago. Lucky for me i remembered my PayPal log in so i didn'T have to "bother" Sigga for her credit card details (ahem).
Okay, to follow up on my delivery whinge in a hopefully constructive way, as this is all a bit of an experiment anyway I'll chuck out some more thoughts on delivery that can potentially be considered if there's a next time. I did think about getting it sent to my workplace, but the checkout page I think I'm correct in recalling that you have to enter the billing address first, then it says that the items will be sent to the billing address. If signed for delivery is absolutely necessary, then the option to add a different delivery address might have been a way around the hassles this causes.
