    Things that have happened since I've started yoga 4 weeks ago:

    # 1: I sleep less, but better.
    # 2: I can really tell the difference in how my body feels when I don't do it.
    # 3: People touch me more. Like casual pats on the back kinda things. Weird.

    i can vouch for 1 and 2. 3... one can only hope.
