I've not been on Whitechapel for ages now. It's good to be back! Will try and hang around a bit more this time :-)

Anyhow, the point of this missive is as follows:

I'm organising a music festival next year, probably over the August Bank Holiday. It's going to be about 1500 capacity, we have a mixture of post-rock/math-rock/noise bands and some more folky/electronic/ambient bands as well (Her Name Is Calla and Rumour Cubes have both confirmed, which is fantastic news!). The festival is going to be in aid of Mind Mental Health.

Anyhow, this is where you come in! The theme of the festival (site-wise, rather than music-wise) is going to be Steampunk and Victoriana. We're in the process of finding artists who would be interested in doing illustration or web-design for us, and also any performance artists/sculptors/anything like that who'd be interested in coming along to the festival and helping make it feel like a magical place.
