    Bird is a term for ones SO (female) in the UK, and has been as long as I remember. It's not particularly politically correct, but isn't offensive, I don't think, unless your'e given to disliking pet-terms, It's literal counter would be "bloke", and it's fallen out of fashion over the years. I tend to use it in slightly cheeky tones.

    Can anyone help me to translate the text in this image? It's apparently a phonetically spelt phrase, which is either in japanese or is a borrowed, japanese-ified phrase. Usual translation software type things have failed.
