@flabyo - due to work reasons I am subscribed to the HSE's newsletters. One I read this morning had a 'top ten' of stories they havfe to rebut. Of the ten,. four were from the Daily Mail, and one from the Mail's sister paper the Metro.
Can't say I am surprised. The rule I use is: If it doesn't sound like common sense, it's probably not down to H&S.
Health and Safety nonsense generally isn't down to the poor old HSE, I've found that it's generally a way of saying 'we can't be bothered/haven't got the money/we'll get sued' as a get out for doing or allowing something. The Data Protection Act seems to get used in the same way.
Rick Perry could have hunted human prey on that ranch, followed by wild sex orgies with underage male alpacas, and it still wouldn't be more of a black mark against him, in conservative circles, as having defended reduced tuition for immigrant kids.
You can keep Casey Anthony, I'm trying to work out whether the reason I find Amanda Knox so attractive is because she was a killer. Is she less sexy now she's been acquitted, or does the mystery of whether she did it or not still make her hot?
I kinda imagined her as a sexy version of Hannibal Lecter. Is that so wrong?
