    @Oldhat

    That is pretty much what I expected when I consider David Lynch making music: uncomfortable, off, and very, very weird.

    Valid points, but I find it disconcerting to see sermonizing on how to draw females from Diaz even if he is limiting his argument to the hypotheticals of logistics*

    Aaron Diaz

    Who likes to draw main characters with SUPER REGULAR boobs

    But yeah, "WTF" are those female superheroes doing, OMG and such

    *Which, is silly, because most male costumes have logistical issues. Size changers, teleporters, invisible turners, bla fuckin bla.

    (Reminds me, I should go add Justin Pierce to the good portrayals of women in comics thread)

    Bad Lip Reading - Michele Bachmann

    "I went from being two banana plants, up to a thrill-seeking shark who sold pictures of different toys I wanted."

    "I get to birthday fight all my high school and Journey-freak friends."

    @ Brian - That was funny, but to my mind not quite as funny as listening to the drivel she usually vomits out.

    The costume is a conceit. If you accept they can wear it invisibly under anything other than the Kentiest of business suits, their physics becomes unimportant. Dash into a closet, leap out in costume five seconds later? Conceit.

    That said, it's possible to dress your superheroines in something stylish and appropriate rather than fantasy-gear. And perusing this guy's tumblr, I have yet to disagree with anything in four articles. His JL redesign is beautiful.

    @Barton - it took me a while to parse that picture, although I'm not 100% convinced that it is real.
