    Hey there, folks!

    So! My Birthday is coming up. Really, it's on the 4th of December, but I have family things and other stuff that day (plus one can't totally get their party on on a sunday night) so I would like to do something on Saturday the 3rd and be around some class-act friends to drink and maybe celebrate the day I came in to this world naked, covered in blood and screaming (which is how I plan to LEAVE this world as well).

    I'm thinking C'est What again? If we can score those amazing couches and Hex doesn't take off his pants this time 'round I think it may just be perfect.

    Any takers?

    If anyone happens to be driving from/through NYC & wants to pick up an orange-haired hitchhiker, let me know. I don't take up much space and I can assist with gas money. I have also never been to Canada!

    I will harpoon baby seals and burn their fat for fuel if that's what it takes to get me up there! I think I could swing through New York and grab you as well, Glu! I could leave at about 6:30 Saturday morning, pick Glu up around noon, and we could be in Toronto at 8-ish?

    EDIT: Alternatively, I could drive up to New York Friday evening, find someplace to crash for the eve (I have friends in Brooklyn) and you and I could start out early on Saturday, which would give us more time in Toronto - which would work better for you, Glu?

    Uh...wow. Um. If that actually happens my parents might like to work out something with one of you to see if you can pick up The Brooklyn Box Set from the Brooklyn Brewery. They let it out of the bag that the book is what they'd be getting me, but if anyone is near the brewery...that would be better.

    I live down the street from the Brooklyn Brewery (well, not literally, but close enough). Whoever comes to pick up Brooklyn Brewery stuff should hit me up.

    I'm a bit jealous but I hope a bunch of people can go up to see 'Hat for her birthday!

    Ah, shit. Well, the good news is I got the gig I've been holding out for - the bad news is, the pay period isn't until the 7th, so I don't think I'll be able to make it to this one :( However, the next time I can come up, I'll definitely make room for both Glukakke and a couple of packs of American Spirit blacks!

    Also I can put people up again. Alan was exceedingly guest-like last time, so there's a good precedent. I won't be able to hang out on Sunday, though, so the rest of WC Local 416 will have to play tour guide if it's required.
