    I have been meaning to watch Blake's 7 for decades. I suppose I should. Especially since they've got a Big Finish Audio series now.

    Blake's 7 is good for a laugh.When i watched it as a kid it was one of the best sci-fi shows on english television.It shows how far things have come but i do have some genuine fond memories of it.Yeah,to be honest,i really loved it.

    Blake's 7, they filmed the first episode in a real chemical works and knitted their own monsters - it was GLORIOUS!

    I have the DVD box sets of all 4 series of Blakes 7. Marvellous stuff (if you're prepared to forgive low-budget 1970s special effects - which I am).

    I knew a guy who worked on the FX for Blake's Seven - he had several cheerful tales about nearly decapitating Paul Darrow with one explosion and causing a nuclear alert at the power station they were shooting at with another. Good times.
