    There now follows a brief interruption of normal Tyrannical Service, while I fuck off to Ireland for a week. Haven't had time to engineer my laptop to run on potatoes and casual alcoholism, so may not have much luck getting online.

    So.

    Have fun. Be nice. Eat too much. Have as much sex as is humanly possible. A partner is not always required. Reflect on the ongoing and nigh-impossible awesomeness of the Whitechapel community, and imagine all the demonstrative and lovely things I'd say about you all if I wasn't such a buttoned-down Brit.

    Well, originally they were going to, but the hobbits got pissed because Jackson wanted to use them as set labor on the film, and they unionized. Jackson decided to move to New Zealand not too long after that. Probably a good move - the elves weren't too happy about their crew lodgings, from what I hear.
