Flecky, your dad sounds like my photographic idol.
EDITED TO ADD: an actual photograph. Here, look, one of those company profile shots I do. This is probably my least favorite ever, but they like the stuff bright and, in my opinion, overexposed, overwarm, & brightened.
Rachael, do you feel like maybe you sabotaged that picture by including a background that was clearly exponentially more interesting than the subject matter? Because it's awesome.
@rachael - I do have to admit, I like the second picture of just the background better than the portrait. The angle captures the pattern in a lovely fashion!
Mr Flecky, if you are interested in that old camera of mine, now might be a good time to let me know. I shall be working in your general neck of the woods tomorrow, it may be possible to arrange a suitable place where i can reach down from the cab and pass you a Tesco bag full of obsolete but still sexy as hell digital camera goodness. You know where i am.
@roadscum:Yikes...i'm pretty bad at messing around on da web.Where can i find your e-mail at?But yeah,if we can arrange it i will be up for it.I was just thinking about getting in touch when i checked this thread.
