Welcome to the Draw Each Other thread for 2012. Submit your self-portraits here, and the artists of Whitechapel will turn them into fine art. If you're new, take a peek at the DEO's from 2009, 2010, and 2011.

    1) Photos from the Self Portrait and Photography threads are not for drawing.

    2) Anything goes, style- or media-wise.

    3) Don't be a knob, or the mods will close the thread.

No SPIT up yet, so might as well post it here: heading out to snowshoe at mount Bromont in Quebec on boxing day.

I apologize for the crappy, "here's my grody bathroom mirror" myspace-esque SPIT, but I took this just so I could text it to my friend to show her an outfit I put together when I was practicing applying eyeshadow (and ended up needing an outfit to go with it - it did NOT look good with normal everyday clothes D:). Initially I had no intentions of posting this anywhere online, but I'm kind of amused by the sassy expression I ended up having in this photo (also, is it showing up correctly? I edited it on imgur but anytime I load it it still comes up oversized and sideways for me. Hopefully it looks right.)

And seconding dork. Not everyone can make that colour work. But holy shit, you did. Wow!

I only made it work once I got the outfit. I originally did it because I was wearing a light-blue and white striped sweater shirt, with a bluish grey skirt, but that didn't work AT ALL with the makeup. That outfit, however, did, in the best way possible. Glad you guys like it! ^_^

edited to add (forgot I had these):

I can still look friendly with that makeup!

And here's a green-shadowed version (a shade which is much easier for me to pull off), also up for fodder:

Well, at least you didn't include a view of an unflushed toilet in the shot...
(I'm too lazy to find it, but there are shots like that.)

Add a "hubba hubba" from me to the list.

Paul, I take your recommendations on a case-by-case-by-oh-fucking-hell-no basis. I feel this gets the best results.
