Like? Those drawings have really made my day, thanks Ian! I cannot decide which one is my favourite, so they are *all* my favourites. For what it's worth I have always wanted to pilot a Viper...
I may have to show them to some people everyone I know.
Excellent! You also have the distinction of being the last subject drawn on my outdated, rage inducing, hand-me-down laptop before I accidentally shattered the screen by closing it too hard in disgust after it froze for the umpteenth time in 45 minutes. I swear I did not mean to do it, and I regret all the working out I've been doing, but damn, if that thing didn't take me to the edge of reason and beyond.
Now I just need to convince my wife that her underutilized, but brand new, laptop would be the perfect art 'forge' for me. ^____^
Magnulus from his "Jekyll & Hyde" pic from a few days ago with a couple of...modifications. The headstock (heh) is from a drawing I did of him for the Draw Each Other 2010 thread as The Thing so it seems I have a thing for drawing this guy in really fucked up situations. No, I'm not entirely sure what's wrong with me either, but it was fun to do! Hope you like it.
@Spike3185: That's fantastic!! :D Fucked up situations are the best! :D Let's see what you can do with this!
(Don't spread this picture around, please. It's only meant to be a preview for me from the student who took it. Looking so much forward to seeing the rest of them and the finalised product.)
It's great, isn't it?! :D She did a brilliant job setting it up and stuff, and I love the concept. It was a lot of fun to do. By the way, she has since told me that I can show it to whomever I like, so it's fine to spread it. :)
Paul, that is absolutely fantastic! Looks as if Robbie Rotten (of Lazytown fame) did a cameo in Æon Flux! :D (Which is appropriate, since I played Robbie in a stage version of Lazytown)
Thanks Mag; I was going for a VERY angular take on your face, which made it look a bit older than your normal boyish look : ) Your description of the influences is much better than mine, however.
