    It's a reference to Nietzsche's dog, Erwin, who was a very deep thinker and pooper, as he could clog up even the most sophisticated septic system of the day. True fact, look it up, it has nothing to do with my kerning skills or the fact that they don't teach cursive writing to today's youth.

    On a side note I got a kick out of @twentythought, don't think that guy is getting his depost back on the JIM suit. Hows that for poop, huh? Anybody forget about the dog yet?

    Haven't been on the Remake/Remodel forums for a while; it's nice to see these reimaginings of existing characters happening. I went back to The Deep for this one, creating The Atlantean from all of those weird and wonderful deep sea monsters, complete with bio-luminescence etc.

    Sub Mariner reimagine Michael Nelsen

    Going for a porpoise or dolphin look, since sea mammal dna would seem ever so slightly more compatible with humans. The mother is a horror to behold. She milked his father to death for genetic material in order to synthesize and create this hybrid creature. He bears the breast bone of a killer whale - one he killed with his bare hands - sharpened into a sword.
