    @gov.spy - HUZZAH! I'm so happy for you! Wheeee!!!!!

    Saturday I saw William Shatner's one man broadway show, and it was funny as hell. I am so glad I got to see it.

    Tonight I went and volunteered for WFMU. I answered phones, and seated one person away from me was John Hodgman, also taking phone pledges. Ted Leo sang some songs. Look! You can see me at the 1:18:25 mark with a silly feather on my head! I was too busy answering phones to have any idea what what going on with the show, but it was still AWESOME. I straightened the kitchen when I was done with the phones, and Tom Scharpling gave me a hug for helping out! I met lots of people and everyone was fabulous. Eeeeee!!!

    Unless things go pear shaped in some really weird way, I'll get to go caving at Easter and diving in Narvik in the autumn.

    @ Rachel Tyrell - awesome, I love WFMU! Those guys at the station are really nice dudes. The producer Jason Sigal also runs the Free Music Archive.When I was in NY with my fellow rapper Harlequinade we did a session for Billy Jam's show and met them all... Totally fantastic bunch of people. Go you!

    @gov-spy - congratulations!

    Congrats Gov Spy! WOOOOT!

    Here in Northern Wisconsin, we are having a winter storm (blizzard). Just about everything is closed. Well, the bakeries is open (the worker had a four wheel drive truck). My mom is going to walk from her work to my apartment and spend the night because her car is snowed in. I'm obviously not working today. It has been quite amusing. And the giant piece of tiramisu is delicious. (I walked, I can get away with eating that many calories.)

    I'll be appropriating the term "Joy Puke", should I ever have a situation of joy.

    Also, @JP Carpenter, your anecdote about your pre-school-aged daughter made me smile SO MUCH. That was just too cute.

    I have a gig. 0-0.

    Meep.

    In 12 days time.

    Argh. Better start to properly rehearse rather than talking to myself as I walk down the road...

    Anyone in London free on the 12th of March?

    I am having significant issues deciding on my vacation this year. I'm torn between Atlanta for Dragon-Con and back home to Boston with a side trip to NYC. I had a blast at DCon last year, but I haven't been home in six years. I don't know.
