So, the equinox has come and gone, my neighbors here in New Orleans have had their ACs running continuously for roughly two weeks now (seriously, whatever happened to just opening a window?), and it's been raining buckets on and off over the past two days. It's Spring in the northern hemisphere, which means time for a shiny new photography thread. Have a wet bicycle.
Thanks guys! It was a 30th birthday present to myself. I had an absolute blast. Even kept my eye out for something I could shoot for the drought challenge, but nothing caught my eye.
Here's me dangling at around 6000 feet..

And, back on land, a wild rhino. Not one of those airborne bastards.
The problem with air-rhinos is they're much swifter than you'd give them credit for. Himalayan air-rhinos especially so. Thanks for the kind words guys (even my shoes feel loved!), I'm really happy with the way these turned out! Took nigh on a thousand shots, so hopefully there'll be a few more good'uns lurking about.I promise not to drench the thread though.

That's it for now. Cross my blackened husk of a heart.
@Jehrot: Terrific views, you are made of stronger stuff than I, if those were my legs there'd be something running down them!
I'm pleased to see that Mr Flecky is back - it might be a struggle but you are sounding much better than before sir, keep up the fight! And on that theme, here is a picture of the foetid depths of a place which i am not allowed to name but which you know well, complete with shuffling zombie:-
