I think I missed out on the last few episodes (going to change that with the July 4 marathon and getting the DVD when it gets a little cheaper), but what I saw was pretty damn excellent. Some of Giamatti's more flustered lines kinda reminded me of The Amazing Screw-On Head, which made me giggle, but otherwise, I had no complaints.

I could go for a bit more Pimperson ...er... Jefferson.
It's quite interesting seeing all the different characters and how they're played out; I need to buy it sometime, than go through what historical references I have and compare character designs with period paintings and engravings of the people.

I also don't think he was at the Boston Massacre, but looking at the McCullough bio (p.63-68) But he was within the town, and within a day was asked to defend the soldiers; therefore I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that he may have known of the incident quite quickly.
