    Holy shit, it's ON!

Fox has put in development Gun Machine, a drama based on the upcoming novel of the same name by top comic book writer Warren Ellis. The TV series adaptation, a thriller about a beleaguered New York City detective who stumbles upon a cache of hundreds of guns that trace back to a wide array of seemingly unrelated unsolved murders, will be written by Trauma creator Dario Scardapane and produced by 20th Century Fox TV and studio-based Chernin Entertainment.

That is really fucking exciting news.

Did I link this here? G+ archive for the MACHINE VISION newsletter. I put them up a day (or so) after the email goes out, so you can find the old ones, or catch any you missed.

Thanks, Ariana, for posting that. I haven't received #14 yet...

    Warped,

#14 is a doozy. It announces his upcoming nonfiction book (called Spirit Tracks) from FSG, the same house that published Bolano's two epic length books, the Savage Detectives and 2666. Holy shit.

Thanks, Ariana. I don't seem to have received either 13 or 14. (Both were interesting.)
  4.  (10635.28)
Is anyone still receiving these? The last one I got was #13.
Makes me really glad that Ariana put up the G+ archive link.

I was getting them when others weren't.

I now no longer get them.

    Weird.

    Hey everyone,

it's been awhile but I think that's mostly because of Ariana's link. But that doesn't seem to be updating anymore... The last one on there is #32.
Here's links to the others I've gotten. Anyone able to provide #35? (I assume that's the only one I'm missing...)

Ellis said Somewhere that a lot of e-mail providers have been counting Machine Vision as spam so if you're signed up you should check your spam folder once in awhile. (That being said, some of them haven't been coming to my e-mail at all.)

As an aside: I thought it was funny when Warren said he had trouble with email lists in the past; and now the lack of deliveries with this one too

Can anyone explain why that's happening? In my head an email list would be easy... no?

    Just curious.
