The Excel large open secluded area, allowed a sort of hot brighton summer atmosphere to quickly build and soon there was loads of cosplayers and a bloody rave.Dj and everything.loud system. In fact it felt so different it attracted alot of the locals who came just to see what's going on. Then when it finished officially,it didn't. it just went on into the dark hours outside Excel.

If you want "bare as you dare" ignore the cosplayers and just follow the locals.

Most of the cosplayers are in like 30 layers of fabric in 30 degree Celsius heat(86 Fahrenheit),
waving swords/staffs/lightsabers/axes/fake guns in character at you. You'll have an easier life elsewhere.

But I got the subliminal Flecky ;-).....I will take some pics of some guys for you...lol!

I did take some but our male gender had no where near some of the female gender's level of commitment
,i mean on a mass scale. There was a lackluster effort by the guys.I saw only one Jedi too.


Oh yes the gun thing.Replica Guns!!?? in East London!! Being held by flocks of kids.
That's automatic arrest around here..usually...im not kidding.Whole "armies" walking around. tooled up,
and they looked very real. Somewhere somebody is counting their money.


Hopefully some of you will get to the Rave ...sorry Convention......it might never be this
sunny again.
