The UKNA site has been helpful for people like me, as I used to do a lot of virtual meetings on it. An ex-girlfriend goes on it, and that can get a bit...weird.

I'm trying to avoid that sort of...weird, at the moment. For various reasons, I've not even got a facebook account.
