    Yeah, I probably should've offered some context. These PSA things have been appearing at the end of Linkara's Atop the Fourth Wall bits, since he did a review on some of the Snowflame-featuring books.

    Not only that, he was a vampire created by a white-supremacist group to help get rid of non-whites. His primary powers were giving people AIDS and looking terrible in his costume.
