    @Wood,

    While Greenland is technically a autonomous in the Kingdom of Denmark, they only have limited self-governance, which means that it's covered by the same Healthcare system we have here (Denmark). And Denmark's healthcare system is one of the few that cover everything except cosmetic dental work and it's publically funded and most of our hospitals are public. So it's actually a lot more socialistic than Canada's. (Sorry for unfunning your joke.)

    There's a general lack of doctors and specialists though, even in Nuuk, so if you want to have a larger probability of getting expert treatment, I can highly recommend it to the conservatives who wish to emigrate.
