			So I got myself some scrapple the other day.  Quite tasty. Fried it up in butter, then scrambled eggs in the pan.  Decided it really needed siracha for extra flavor.  Yum.

			<![CDATA[Not the most appetizing of food pictures, but I'm kinda proud of managing to haul the ingredients into the mountains, and cook this giant stew pot under fairly primitive conditions without a single disaster. Three chickens, half a kilo of bacon, flour, mushrooms, carrots, celery, salt, pepper and a bottle of red wine. A bit of a hit, judging by the sorry remnants:<br /><br /><img src="http://distilleryimage9.instagram.com/dd1ce4f0b32111e1a9f71231382044a1_7.jpg" alt="" ><br /><br />Dismantle chickens and roll them in flour. Fry everything in batches until brown, and throw in the pot. Bacon at the bottom, vegetables on top. Boil out the pan, and add fluid to the pot along with the rest of the flour, chicken stock and wine to cover everything. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and leave until the meat falls of the bone.]]>

I also made a paste of cumin seeds, fennel seeds, sweet smoked paprika, lemon juice and oil, which I grilled the chicken in.
