    Finally got off a roll of film in my SLR and I can join in this thread instead of just lurking about on it! A few of the slightly better takes I got. I’m pleased for a first try.

    I went to the museum today with a flashgun and some gels and had a very silly twenty or so minutes lighting statues and exhibits in strange colours...

    Your star photos make me want to go proper camping again. Last I saw such starry nights was when I went to Burning Man in 2010. Not so in the middle of San Diego.
