I look at Jonathan Hickman as a man with a mission, he seems to treat comics like a business, and is charming, so perhaps he might break into a very popular place.

There are so many great creators that are churning out wonderful material. In effect, I believe that the creators you mention, on top of their wonderful works (although perhaps not Ennis), have also a large dose of savvy for creating a mythos around themselves, and I do not know if any of the writers I have mentioned have that quality.
