Mojo &b NeilFord - I can never get enough of looking at both of your work. I love your styles so. fucking. much.

Here's what I worked on Sunday. It's now probably 75% to the end... maybe two more long sessions:

I haven't posted anything here for a really long time, so here's a few things I've done since last you saw (evidence of) me.
The following are for a short documentary by a friend of mine that we're putting the finishing touches on now...
    SpiderFranc
    Frank_NOOO
I'm also now part of Barking Owl Studio, an animation collective started by a friend of mine. We're setting ourselves weekly art challenges as a way of generating more work and keeping things rolling while we work on other projects. Here's a couple of mine.
    BOS_Space_1280
    SebF_Giant_Haircut_vectorcolours

@oddbill - The light in that piece is beautiful.

@Hey Apathy, Mojokingbee: you guys really rock.

This one's made for the "Airship Pirates" RPG sequel handbook, though I don't know if I've sent it on time. I hope so.

It needs a couple of retouches.

Latest set of life drawings. Great model this week, martial arts trainer, nice lean muscles and willing to do longer tough poses.

Very nice Paul! I really need to take my old life drawing professor's invitation and sneak back into some of his sessions. I miss drawing models from life.
    Here is my latest:

And the latest bit of the ceiling...

    And the overview....

    Yep.

@ JP Stargazer- awesome piece, i love the steampunk spider guy in back.
@ jesserubenfeld- adventure time in the style of norman rockwell, very cool. also your ceiling piece is really coming together. are you gonna sell posters of it when you are done?

stuff i have been working on:

  6.  (10815.14)
@ imaginary - that eye opener is seriously the best thing ever.
  7.  (10815.15)
@imaginary I agree with Hey Apathy. Best thing ever indeed.

And in answer to your question, yeah I plan on making some posters...just havent determined the final size yet. (since I think actual size of 12 ft x 14 ft a bit large)
  8.  (10815.16)
@HEY APATHY! & jesserubenfeld- thanks! its part of a story i am working on for an anthology. may post a couple more pages when i finish it.

@jesserubenfeld - having a poster of it at actual size would be cool, you could actually line your ceiling with it.

Working on a thing for some friends.

Godfuckingdammit though, Flickr/uploading clients are totally jacking up the colors. This is a screenshot of how it looks like on my laptop screen because APPARENTLY I CAN'T UPLOAD IT WITHOUT IT TURNING INTO A NASTY SET OF COLORS.

(Edited to add: THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE WHEN I UPLOAD IT and GODFUCKINGDAMMIT)

So wait, when you upload a screenshot of the image, the color stays mostly true, but when you upload the image itself, it over saturates?

    Weird!

(your intended colors are very lovely!)

I think Flickr recompresses stuff when you upload it, which is one reason don't use it. Nice poster Caroline.

Yeah, Facebook is doing the same thing though (I tested), which is gonna be complicated for the guys who have to make a Facebook event for their play.

    (And thanks!)
