Cystic fibrosis woman dies of cancer after being given smoker's donor lungsJennifer Wederell, of Hawkwell, Essex, died at home in August - 16 months after the transplant at Harefield Hospital in London.

She had been on the waiting list for a lung transplant for 18 months when in April 2011, she was told there had been a match.
She married her fiance David Wederell in September last year, but by February 2012 a malignant mass was found in her lungs.
Colin Grannell said he believes his daughter would not have agreed to the transplant had she known the middle-aged donor was a heavy smoker.
The hospital has apologised for not giving her that choice. -

I definately wouldn't use vodka to stop myself freezing to death. It opens the capillaries so it actually makes you freeze quicker, also it doesn't freeze at earthly temperatures and so it gets as cold as the surrounding air and can cause quite severe damage to your insides.
It is useful for a number of other things though.
It stops foot odour if you rub it on your feet (obviously)
When mixed with shampoo (1:10) it helps with severe dandruff
You can use it as a super effective glasses (and regular glass) cleaner
It helps cure virginity -
