Yup, and there was a colony of mutant flatworms which went around stealing people's spines, there was another villain which was a living piece of bubble gum, and the one where Rip's shorts come to life and take over Pooperman's body by giving him a wedgie. Everyone needs to see this show.
Trust me; My brain was screaming to put the rest of Hawkeye's arm/elbow where we would see it given how he is holding the bow, but I said to myself "Dammit! If Joe Mad didn't put it there, neither will I!"
Ripping Friends, Bill Plympton... I love you people! While we're animation nerding, I just discovered that Masaaki Yuasa, who did the phenomenal Mind Game had a successful kickstarter for his next short film, Kick Heart, which I am now eagerly awaiting. In an interview I heard a while back, Bill Plympton cited Mind Game as one of his favourite animated films of recent (ish) times, and if that's not enough to convince you to track it down, I leave you with this: (I've probably posted it somewhere before, but it bears repeating)
