Because I know you guys love the circus, here is my friend Nick's hoop performance from last week's South West Hoop convention in Bristol.

I need to learn that move at 24 sec.

@ Argos - Yeah, he's slick as fuck. There aren't many male hoopers, but the few that do it well are amazing.

I'm a huge fan of male hoopers because their styles tend to look more slick overall, which is a nice refresher from the over-saturation of sexy female hoopers we have. Not that sexy-hooping is a bad thing, I'm all for it, but when every hoop performance I see is that, it gets really old.

@Argos, wouldn't being a lady hooper and not being "sexy" be difficult on account of the hip movements required?

Not necessarily. Brecken does a great job at slick hooping. There's hooping that happens to be sexy cos you're a curvy female and hooping where you're trying to really make it sexy, which is what I see a lot of.

Or this, where it's a performance, but not "look at me hooping while I wear a burlesque outfit." Again, nothing inherently wrong with that, but I'm getting bored with every hoop performance I see be that.

This locomotion of this robot is strangely frightening and exhilarating. The toddler murmuring in the background then interacting with it sort of diffuses the scariness of it for me.

    Future robot overlords?

Not in the slightest. The coloring in the right panel made me have to search out the parts of her body south of what I think her waist is.

her superpower is that she doesn't need internal organs, and can therefore get away with having her arse nudging her shoulderblades

I was thinking "So basically she's thighs, tits, and shoulders with nothing else in the middle?"

@chiaslut: That is probably the most adorable robot presentation I've ever seen. I think robot presentations should have toddlers in the background from now on.
