    I have forgotten the name of a movie I saw in the late 90's (I think)

    Synopsis: Farmer gets a vision from god. Also gets a mission; catch sinners and kill them in a basement he digs beneath his shed. The story is told by one of the farmers two children (now grown up), who were a part of the kidnap and kill plan, to a detective.

    Any ideas what this movie was called. Its been driving me crazy. Crazy enough to waste space with this post ; )
