    Today's clothing oddness brings you:

A replica of Steve McQueen's International Six Day Trial Motorcycle Jacket, by Barbour, complete with fake rubberised mud.

Or how about a dress that goes see through as you get sexually aroused?

@Steve Toase - I saw those Barbour jackets in the retail outlet last year. There appeared to be one design with mud and one without. I commented to my wife that you had to pay extra to get the dirty version.
I've noticed in the last few years Barbour are becoming a bit more "designer", putting their label on the outside (although not going so far as to putting it on the back right shoulder). I noticed someone with an identical jacket to one of mine, except that their jacket had a bright Barbour label on the front while mine is muted, and their buttons were shiny while mine are matte. On investigation it seems their jacket was the american version of mine.

So BMW made a promise on Tumblr to design a race car for a 4 year old. This is the fruit of their labor.

It couldn’t just be any race car—the Bavarian high-performance machine had to have 19 Porsche boxer engines, 42 wheels, three steering wheels being controlled simultaneously by three drivers, and most importantly, a trunk for toys.

@Kradlum. It seems to be the way a lot of workwear goes eventually. To be fair it's not that hard to get genuine mud these days.

Everyone's seen the iconic picture of Buddhist monk Thich Quang Duc burning himself alive, but the film footage of his suicide has remained relatively unknown.

(The following clip depicts a man being soaked in gasoline and burning to death. Watch at your own risk)

It's the most surreal and moving film I've ever seen, even after seventeen years of looking at every insane thing the Net has to offer.
