As I've been suffering from simulation sickness for a while (there's a discussion on it in an earlier videogame thread), I'm not surprised that this is causing seasickness. The whole reason you get seasick with something like that is that the brain perceives motion without there actually being any. With this, you don't have the surroundings around yourself to "anchor" the brain... Your ONLY visual input is what's happening on screen. So especially in a game with a lot of moving around, that messes with the balance nerve something fierce.
