William Joseph Dunn— no dice. Edamame = soy. Nori = covered in soy.

    Kale chips are AWESOME.

Is popcorn a no no with the braces? Because I pop my own popcorn every day. it's super cheap and easy.

I eat a lot of popcorn—I just have to avoid the half-popped kernels. I have to buy pre-popped or microwave though for cross-contamination concerns.

Green/ fine/ string beans! And Mangetout. Crunchy and sweet and delicious. Less overpowering in taste than celery, though celery is also great. If you want to treat yourself (and can eat it) maybe some hummus to dip in? You can make your own hummus too, if you need to control what goes into it: The recipe I use.

    Foo.

Got off my fat butt today and went for a run. I have a new route which is about 4.5km and had PLANNED to do just that, but ended up going on for about 8.2km (5.1 miles?) and will be going out for a final mile walk in a bit. And then back to a steamy shower and maybe a Japanese film.

Need to get new shoes though. Finally wore these down and now there's a big hole in them. Feel pretty awesome about that because I've only used them for running.
