Hey, I'm Steve, but you can call me steevo... or 'Hey fella'. Apparently I've been around since Feb. 2008. I'm from New Jersey, which means I can basically spit from here to NYC, but am never there. I'm looking to fix that in the near future.

My current mode of money making is at a small IT company as a Purchasing stooge, but the work I enjoy is as a writer. I'm also learning how to draw, but that's a slow process. Maybe one day I'll get my shit together and make a comic. You can find me on Twitter, though I don't tweet all that much.

I may get a photo in here eventually, but I've got no access to pictures now. Nice to meet you new people and nice to see that some folks aren't quite as in the wind as I thought.

Real name's Mike. Not like most people in this place. Not artistic or creative. Not a leftist. I'm also not nice and tend to piss people off, but I try to play nice on this board for the most part. Doesn't always work.

Lived in Texas my whole life. Studied literature and engineering. You'll mostly hear me in the Crossed feedback thread, sharing what I hope are pithy observations. Mostly I just lurk. No photo, but I've been told I look like Tom Green.

Keep coming back here, because this place is hilarious.

Ahoy! I'm C.L. Formerly Captain Lou here. Been frequenting this fine establishment since 2008. I wiggle strings on a guit-fiddle in american Lesion. I love to draw, yet never find the time to do it, so I am terrible.

I have spawned two AMAZING sons, and am the stepfather to two girls and a boy. So, if me and my gf have another girl, it will be like some pseudo-Brady Bunch clan. I'm drowning in a sea of Crayola and chicken nuggets.

Lived in Georgia (the state...the UNITED state) all my life. I love it here, yet dream of travelling. I'm fiscally conservative and socially liberal, but someone once told me that's impossible, yet, here I am!

Besides the meager funds I receive from touring/merch with the band, I cook hot wings and play guitar on the sidewalk for gold buying businesses.

I'm Silvercat. I used to hang out here, then stopped, and now I'm back.

I live in California. I blog about random shit when life isn't kicking my ass.

    Hullo, WC.
I'm chiaslut all over the place, but also: Chia, Robert, Bob, and even Bobby here and there. My account says I've been kicking around here since the end of '07. Can't recall the how or the why I got here, but I've lurked quite a bit while admiring the art. I've opened my yap here and there in the SPIT, videogames and a couple other threads.

Sometimes I have a beard, sometimes I don't. Grew up in a smog-choked valley in Southern California throughout the 70s and 80s, migrated to Oregon in the mid-90s and love it here. I'm raising a small human in a post-polyamorous household. I like drawing cartoony robots and I recently made my first "real" painting. I play too many video games and read too many comic books. I like to make and drink good booze with friends. I earn my wages at a software company in the Silicon Shire, doing a little of this and a little of that.

Oh! I had the pleasure of meeting Max aka Morac briefly at PAX last year. Nice fella.

    two mugs

Confession: I am in love with all your beautiful, filthy faces and your words.

I'm a proud member of the "my screen name is my real name" club. I'm in Canada, lately in Toronto, now in Montreal.

I use WC as a news app these days, which means I lurk more than I post. I've been around since the early years.

When I do post, it's a lot of photography and some mixtapes.

I am part of the Steve Collective, formerly from NJ just like Steevo. Now in Silicon Valley but not of it. Apparently I've been here since 2008, with the main changes being I lost the lame mustache and got better taste in glasses.

Occasionally I chip in on RPG discussions or the I Can Haz Help thread. Mostly I seethe enviously at all the pretty/handsome 20-something creatives and sporadically work on the Goddamn Urban Fantasy Story.

A recent section of me looked like this:

(let's see if I ever remember how to add pics, or if you'll have to settle for Flickr links)

Steer, your pics didn't come through, mate.

Nice to see some other Bay Area folks, was wondering if I was the only one.

Ahoy, I'm Adam. I'm formerly a Brand Strategist and am currently a Pawn Broker. I went to school for printmaking, and live in Missouri (US). I play guitar and draw. I suggested the hashtag system for the can haz help thread.

    Here's a piece of me.

This continues to bring immense joy to my poor, withered heart.

Hey all, I'm Justin. I live in Bay Area, California. I like to draw pictures that tell stories.
Not very good with words, so I never have much to say.

He's wearing his people suit. You'll note his hands don't appear in the photo.

Hello everyone. I'm Alan, and when I'm at my best, I look like this:

I write, occasionally I draw, and every very rarely now and then, I make chippy music. I've been around since the tail end of 2007... which makes time feel all funny when I think about it for too long. I live in Virginia, but I'm about to relocate to Iowa for a bit.

Whitechapel is the best place on the internet. All those other places? They're not as cool as Whitechapel. Ask anyone.

Been away... pretty much gave up all forums, for a while, but stayed active on facebook. Trying to get out of relying solely on that comfort/crazy-making zone. I joined up here in... I guess '08. Had been on Warren's previous board. I write and I draw and have a Brand-Spanking New Graphic Novel, that unfortunately isn't in a single comics shop, at the moment, but can be found on Amazon - - Can't remember if links plugging stuff is permitted, so, for now, I'll just tell what to search: "Crescent City Magick" by Michael L. Peters - - which is me. I haven't figured out that "look inside" feature, but there are preview pages on my website (I think this is copacetic to link?)

Howdy. I'm Patrick but you can call me Patrick. I've been here since 2008. Big Fan of our Former Dark Overlord.

What do I do? Well, sadly, not enough. I comment here sometimes? I'm on Facebook a lot? I've done comedy, acting, poetry (GAWD!), radio, modelling. (I once did a film in which I walked down several Toronto streets, wearing nothing but running shoes and Saran Wrap.) I've been PUBLISHED. I'm working on a novel. And a couple of screenplays.

I like horseback riding, long walks on the beach and Italian food, though not necessarily in that order I like comics and movies and stuff. I like weird things and brother, Whitechapel's fulla them. GOOD weird things. Ya can learn a lot from this place.

I am friends with Robin and Ian and Allana and Lucien and Peter Kelly and Florence and all the Toronto Whitechapel peoples. I've met Bill and he's fuckin' A-Okay.
    Alan Tyson is a spy.
(I kid, I kid. One time, Robin choked both of us. It was funny.)

OUR GATHERINGS ARE THE STUFF OF LEGENDS. If you're ever in Toronto, you simply MUST attend one. Where else are you going to see Playboy Magazines from the 1970s, wrestling programmes from the 1930s or whatever crazy crap and weird things that are cool? Nowhere else, man!

I am not good with the cameras or fotographias or nothing so no picture. I'm far more attractive than cameras can possibly capture and I also have a mark on my voluminous forehead that makes me look like I've been trepanned so no picture. Sorry.

I'm Sarah. When I started lurking here I lived in NZ but subsequently moved home to Australia. I have no discernible talent, so have really only ever posted in SPIT (vanity of vanities, all is vanity), and a couple of others.
I love coming here to see the amazing artwork, read the scintillating comments and pretend to friends that I'm cool when I steal stuff from the Around the Net thread.
I'm a big fan of Warrens' work and comics in general.
I am married to an Anglican priest, but am an Atheist (not an evangelical one though), have a 10 year old daughter and a menagerie consisting of two dogs and three cats (one of whom is 21).
    When I am looking at you all on Whitechapel, I most often look like this;

I like you all very much. That's not creepy is it?

Hello, I'm Sean. I've lurked around Whitechapel and the IRC channel for years.

I'm a freelance illustrator, miniature gamer, and science nerd. I like bugs, so much so I draw them professionally, on occasion. I also teach art when I get the chance.
