Holy crow, what an awesome issue. I seriously thought this was going to be the instant that Shaky abandoned Ashoke and Sister Teresa to save himself. Now I don't know, it sorta feels like he's becoming the new Game Keeper to the two. Also can't wait to see what's in the note Shaky gave to Captain Dora. I was going to say that I'm not sure whose side Shaky is on anymore, but that's not right. Shaky's always been on his own side. So what I should say is, at this point in the story I'm not sure who Shaky's trying to exploit for his own benefit.

Thanks to the everyone who makes the comic for giving us such an awesome experience every Thursday. Keep up the great work.

Yeah. Shaky passing that note must mean that he has something else cooking. I wonder, too, if the map on the screen that Shaky saw - was that just a total coincidence? By which I mean, were the fleet people looking at that particular map because they knew about Seline's babbling (surely they know. Jackson must have told them) and were researching it? The obvious plot advancement thing is that Shaky now knows what Clay Loan is. And the Nun's Crossed are even more organized than I thought. What are they doing on their excursions though? Simply supply gathering? Are they being sent out to look for Shaky? And what is the purpose of the "art"?

Shaky slapped the nun??? And what is in the note to Cpatain Dora? My thought: "Ships sink, islands don't." And why is it always such a long wait until next Thursday?

In volume 3 episode 12 when the trashbag mummy had his boxing glove removed by the nun the skin tone on his hand was very dark, and I believe the back of his mid section was shown to have dark skin as well. Possibly ashoke is he? LOVED THE ANNUAL!

    "could be Ashoke."

Oh, that's a good one. Remember how the mummy was walking behind Jasper, and seemed to have a childish laugh?

Still hoping it's Aussie's brother, who got left behind. "Payback's a bitch, bruthah."

so... heroin makes you automatically go crazy and shoot large guns into the ground for no reason. interesting... ::looks for heroin dealer out window for 5 seconds, gives up::

something tells me these inexperienced ship-goers aren't going to be too successful in taking out a large group of soldier crossed.

So are we all in agreement that the cross doesn't effect a already broken brain the way it does most people? If so then Ashoke seems like a prime candidate for trashbag mummy. And the panel where it showed the crossed having fun with the whale carcass I could see three figures on the hill, the nun, the mummy and somebody else. Was it the bearded hooded guy?
