    Yes.

    Edit: not being short or pithy. I think its very possible to be full of rage at humanity but still care very much about the state of things. I, in fact, think the two often go hand in hand.

    oh hell yes. I routinely get screwed over by people I rely on, yet I still wish for world peace and other utopian bullshit. I don't even (much) enjoy seeing bad things happen to the people who screw me over.

    Depends on the situation. I've gotten cut off in traffic by people I hope get hit by a meteor.
