    Now they have one claymore. And the great thing about Si is that this may mean something or it may mean nothing. Si doesn't believe in Chekhov's gun.
    They should have just huddled the boats and set it off. Guaranteed to be easier than whatever fate awaits them back on Cava.

    well, going back to Cava gives them a 0.00000000000001 chance of surviving at least a bit longer. Blowing themselves up or trying to go across the Crossed is a plain 0%. These people want to survive, although... well, I'd probably go for trying to board one of the driftfleet's smaller boats or heading out at night to get Skip's and drive the hell away from there.

    And since Shaky said in a recent chapter that he's writing this entry some days after the incident, I suppose they managed to clear the island and some of them survived (as to how, no clue)
