Oh I finally see it, Si! Thats why the subject was never broached. They were burned up in that hut completely destroying the evidence! Man you are clever. Its nice to see every loose end tied up, unlike a lot of media outlets out there.
Good on ya! I completely missed that!

I would have gone insane, just having to sit there and wait for whatever horrible thing Theresa is planning next.
I have been thinking about different scenarios and there is definitely no way of escaping the island without being caught. The only building that is somewhat formidable is the metal watchtower that couldn't burn during the invasion.
There are several large boats run aground on shore that could be used as a last stand scenario, which seems like where I would be. Are those boat controls all damaged? Is there no way of making them work again and getting out of there?
Probably not. Ugh, this is going to end badly...

That panel reminds me of the ending of Junji Ito's Gyo manga. Ya know, the one with the landsharks?

Anyway, does anyone here still remember the people who managed to escape Fort George when it was overrun? The civilians in the trucks, accompanied with a few soldiers?

Perhaps if the Cavaites and Aoileann's horde manage to wipe each other out (which in the fucked up situation that is the Crossed-verse would be a "best case scenario" as another dangerously intelligent Crossed horde would be no more), the Fort George survivors might wander into the area and find Shaky's book. Just an idea I had.

Yeah, tying in Shaky's book to another Crossed story line would be very surreal and a great tool for the other survivors in later situations. Maybe their adventures mirror the words in Shaky's journal.

Well, considering what I would have seen if I had been in Cava during the current events (smart crossed telling us to go back and wait for our rape, lights all aroud our island, Jamie's death and Des being turned in a pretty treacherous way for a crossed to have thought of), I would probably have considered and probably done already a suicide attempt. With a shotgun to the head. As in, not really an attempt.

@Si: Oh, man, does that panel mean that Tabitha's artwork died with her? you meanie :(
