As far as I got it, the topological dimension is a natural number &lt;em&gt;n&lt;/em&gt; (0 for point, 1 for line, 2 for plane etc...) Now, if you create fractal structures consisting of n-dimensional elements (such as the recursive Sierpinski triangle, you know, the triangle divided into more triangles into infinity), that structure has a real-valued dimension (1.58 f.ex.), also called fractal dimension.]]>

The only thing I've found on 'fractal intelligences' was an ad for a company that uses a fractal model to map out project management, <a href="http://www.supradotati.ro/resurse/Fractal-intelligence-development_Florian_COLCEAG.pdf" >a pdf of an abstract from the Romanian Consortium for the Education of Gifted Children and Youth that uses a "David Star Model" to explain personalities and interactions between people with different personality types</a>, and a link to an artist who calls his art "Fractal Intelligent Art", but there's not much on the page so, his name is Hopper if you want to look him up.]]>
