Because the schedule for me is pretty punishing (doing roughs, neats and colouring 6 pages a week on top of other projects), I hired a flatter to make the colouring less time consuming and stressful. I think she's signed up to the forum as Weem, and you wouldn't be getting 6 pages a week without her!

Then I cel-shade the page, then add all sorts of lighting effects to the cel shading to unify the colour scheme, then texture the colours.
