    I was wondering if this board is populated by anybody who does iaido or iaijutsu? Say hi or post a picture of your iaito or you at practice! :) I'd also love to know if there's a group that practices anywhere in London as a friend of mine there wants to start classes.

    I've only been practising for just over a year myself (it's just about the only physical exercise I get), but it's helping me so much. I'm even sorting out my illustrator's stoop slowly!
