    Thanks for the thoughts on Programme, I'll keep them in mind and most likely take your advice and check out the trade when its released.

    Your coloring definitely bring the world of Black Summer to life, especially fire/explosions, which Warren gives you guys plenty of chances to recreate! And jesus, Ryp is a goddamn maniac with those pencils! It boggles the mind the work it must be to color all that detail (let alone draw it).

    I've never flipped through an Avatar "Auxiliary" issue. Is it just a fancy name for a 2nd print?

    Heh. That would be a yes.

    Edited - new knowledge.

    @Spiraltwist - You're welcome!

    @madmatt213 - Auxiliary is a fancy way of saying limited edition second printing.

    Coloring the details can be very time consuming. Some pages (like the flashbacks) only take about 2-2.5 hours (not including flatting). Others, like the #0 wraparound took about 20 hours. 7 hours of that was just to pick out all the blood splatters in the flats. Not sure exactly how many there were, but somewhere around 2,500 - 3,000 splatters of blood on that cover.

    Here's a link to a quicktime movie that shows that a time-lapse capsture of Auxiliary cover #4 from B&W to finished colors.
