    Bring it.

    BAYONETTES-we're doomed 7" (powerpop explosion!)
CINEMA EYE-some nerve 12" (damaged synth deprssion pop)
GENGHIS TRON-dead mountain mouth 12" (electro grind insanity)
SCROTUM GRINDER-the worst sonic abomination ever 12" (male/female vocaled crushing hardcore. hidden track= cover of an old SLAPSHOT song, played on kazoos!)
CIV-set your goals cd (when the late 80s NYHC scene went thug or metal, these dudes from gorilla biscuits went pop/pun/hardcore...and it worked somehow)
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?-stand fast armageddon justice fighter cd (SF super group worshipping 80s japanese bandana thrash... was y2k that long ago already?)

Mars Volta - Bedlam In Goliath. Not the faintest idea what to make of it yet. Impenetrable sums it up nicely so far
Seasick Steve - Dog House Music. Cracking fun
Morning Cup - Joseph Arthur. On yesteday's KEXP song of the day. Lovely tune.

i find that new VOLTA to be by far the most accesible, but you arent the first to totally disagree with me. i think that speaks volumes about the variety of their work.

New Anti-Flag album is streaming on their MarketSpace MySpace.
