I'll have you know, I'm voting Nader, again. Those two corporate lacky, and Reptilian bloodlined David Icke targets can take a hike. Hell...I'll tell you right now what will happen. We MAY leave Iraq sometime next year...but they WILL persuade we, the American Public to invade China. You Know what I'm talking about, if the Olympic Torch passed thru your neighborhood. Which it did. ANd what did the British and French do? You had a riot. It passed through San Fran this week over here, and the same shit happened. So, even in the hippie capital of the world, they'll protest war, until we feel like some one else needs a nukin'
Anyway. I find it very amusing the media reviews in the US of Sarah Jane insist on pointing out kids should enjoy it, but seem very concerned how it fails for adults. Now, I have not seen it, but it is a spin-off aimed at younger kids...correct?

Yeah. No-one told Variety that it's a show for younger children, apparently.
As long as whoever is playing The Doctor is a good actor, that will do me fine.
I think they really need to get some mystery back into The Doctor, not the 'Who is he?' kind but more along the lines of 'What is he up to?', kind of like the Seventh Doctor
I'm having a time out until I can learn some manners.
johnjones: Just because it's a British institution doesn't mean it doesn't deserve flack. The BBC and the NHS are both British institutions and, oh, they're horrible too (and in the latter case, deadly).
I'm sure you're taking the piss when you claim it's a well-written and well-acted show, of course. There's just no way anyone can say that with a straight face.
