It really isn't a matter of control so much as it is one of involvement and collaboration. We very specifically avoided telling creators what do do... what kind of stories to tell, and how to tell them. All the creators were hand picked for the project, and both of us have had enough experience with control-freak people in power that we believe that if you recruit someone for a creative gig, you are getting them for THEIR voice, and for their experience and abilities. To take a stance other than that is kind of defeating the purpose.
