    Does that feminist not know that Joss Whedon (creator, writer, and ultimate decision maker for EVERYTHING in Firefly) is a feminist activist, who is extremely active, and has sponsored several benefits and charities for feminist movements?

    I think that little bit was definitely been the most obnoxious thing I've heard this week, aside from some fundamentalist Christian frippery I have to suffer through working in an insanely conservative formerly-rural county. That shit all runs together after a while.

    Yes, but he rapes his wife, obviously.

    I love the internet, truly I do.

    I might buy my wife (the biggest Whedon whore fan) a 'Whedon Rapes His Wife' t-shirt...

    I used to want telepathy until the internet showed me what it would be like.

    You just know NYCC has something to do with <a target="_blank" href="http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080418/ap_on_re_us/attacks_redevelopment">this</a>:<blockquote>NEW YORK - A homeless man has come forward with two sets of confidential ground zero blueprints that he says were dumped in a Lower Manhattan trash can.

    The man brought the Freedom Tower plans to the New York Post, which says the 150-page schematic is marked: "Secure Document — Confidential."

    The documents are dated Oct. 5, 2007. They contain plans for each floor, the thickness of the concrete-core wall, and the location of air ducts, elevators, electrical systems and support columns.

    The agency that owns the World Trade Center site, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, calls it a serious security lapse.

    Spokeswoman Candace McAdams says mishandling the blueprints would be "cause for serious disciplinary action."</blockquote>

    @Egon

    Kirk Boxleitner (I think that's K-Box's name ...) used to be a regular on the WEF back in the day. Between him and Jesse Baker ... um, it could get weird, occasionally.

    @Shawnclark - That's funny. He told me Warren's "Dark & Gritty" writing sucked because his dirty old man schtick isn't a schtick. Hard to argue with logic like that.

    I'm seriously going to do a "dramatic reading" for that community next time he tries to make a point.

    @joe.distort

    "Well, to keep the design secret we decided to actually not to use blueprints and just kind of make it up as we go along. We call the new plan 'red white and blueprints'. We put the original plans in a garbage can hoping to catch terrorist hobos and have achieved sweet victory! To be safe though we'll be invading all nations with trash cans."
