I want to investigate this liquor. I need pointers on where to start.

I'm working my way through a bottle of Hine Rare V.S.O.P.

I quite like it, but I'm still tying to figure out congacs myself (I'm more well versed in whisky, beer, and to a degree red wine). I really need to money to explore some of the finer examples out there, but this bottle was recommended to me, and seems to be a fairly decent Cognac.

If this continues we're gonna need a subsection just to discuss liquors. Not that I have a problem with that.

A decent cognac must be served in a balloon glass, and gently warmed, as in:

    Do you know everything? Really?

    "Do you know everything? Really?"

Well, there's got to be some benefit to spending almost forty years above ground.

I guess I should climb out from under my rock and try it sometime. =P

Or the warm cognac part, at least.

Warren is almost as old as my dad.

But hey, my dad's a great guy.

He may kill you for that.

Pardon me while I stand behind your prone body.

I would buy an Ellis-written instructional comic book on What To Buy And How To Drink It. It would have a special place of honor in the corner of my liquor cabinet.

@C.c.: I'd hate you for that if young folk weren't so adorable.
