    I'm working my way through a bottle of Hine Rare V.S.O.P.

    I quite like it, but I'm still tying to figure out congacs myself (I'm more well versed in whisky, beer, and to a degree red wine). I really need to money to explore some of the finer examples out there, but this bottle was recommended to me, and seems to be a fairly decent Cognac.
