I think it's not really that surprising that people don't know who he is though. He needs a good, complete run on a book before he'll really stick in people's heads. Hmm... well, check out NYX (published by marvel), although bear in mind that the last few issues weren't drawn by him, but another artist attempting (and failing) to emulate his art style.
Hit ebay for a copy of Sky Between Branches #0 (the only issue ever made) too. I kinda forgot about him when he went to DC, at least until he did the covers for Amercian Virgin. If he did the interiors on a non-DCU book, i'd be compelled to buy it.
