Is the new Punisher War Journal any good?

I love Punisher Max, and the first volume of Cassanova wasn't too bad, but I'm not sure if I should read War Journal or not.

I was going to buy it when it started but the first issues were Civil War and I was, and still am, ignoring that. Then by the time I remembered about it, the Punisher was running around dressed like Capitan America which was just really stupid IMO. So I never bothered to start reading it and now am wondering if I should read some of the trades.
  1.  (2126.2)
I've only been following it sporadically, but there was an issue where the punisher was hunting the Rhino that was absolutely fantastic.
  2.  (2126.3)
Its a great book, not the ball busting mature read that was Punisher MAX. Its a lot of fun, very inventive, and if you liked Fraction's other Marvel work, you'll like this too...
  3.  (2126.4)
Good ole' fashion black humor done right is a good way to sum it up I think, and that includes Frank deciding he is going to be Captain America.

Put it like this: I have never liked the Punisher as a character or story; just isn't my cup of tea.

Now, Fraction was already involved in taking another character I never much cared for, Iron Fist, and crafting a fine story and making me give a crap for the character. So I grabbed PWJ...

I love it. I collect the trades now (my pull list is already pretty expansive/expensive), and couldn't enjoy the book more. Nice mix of gritty and comedy.
