			why can people do this sort of thing with tags but few tagging systems I've come across let you branch the tags or nest them or the like so I can't tag something as say, video and then put one item ...

			<![CDATA[why can people do this sort of thing with tags but few tagging systems I've come across let you branch the tags or nest them or the like so I can't tag something as say, video and then put one item as video>music and another as video>humor so I can differentiate more quickly between humorous videos and things that are simply humorous without being videos.  hopfully web 3.0 is about utility and not tags and clouds and rounded edges and gradients and shiny.]]>
